2. Determining the Purpose of Collection
When you search for our products or services, make an online reservation, or send an inquiry through the Site, we collect a variety of personal information from you. The information gathered may include your:

– Business Name
– Address (es)
– Telephone and fax numbers (s)
– E‐mail address (es)
– Interest (s)
This information is gathered in order for us to:
– Verify your identity;
– Allow us to contact you in order to offer goods and services that you have requested;
– Send you periodic updates about the Site and our products and services.
We may also use your information to create a profile of your interests in relation to the Site or Business so that we can recommend or provide items or services that you might be interested in in the future.
We do not gather the information that is not reasonably necessary to achieve these goals.
CEMs and Consent
When you expressly flip the opt-in button to provide express authorization for us to send you commercial electronic messages ("CEM"), you are giving us your express consent.
When you purchase our goods or services and offer your email address through a reservation, comment form, voucher, or another manner, you have given your implied consent.
We can only send you CEMs for three years from the date you purchase our goods and services if your information was captured before July 1, 2014, and two years if your information was captured after July 1, 2014, under compliance and enforcement of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. After that, you must provide us with express consent to continue receiving our CEMs.
As required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, all email communications include the business name, contact information, and a means for the receiver to unsubscribe at no cost.
Please keep in mind that if you do not want to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe automatically by clicking on the unsubscribe link found in the email communication sent to you by our Business.
You may also contact us to opt-out of certain other uses of your data.
3. Collection Restrictions
Personal information collected by businesses will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
Data from research and surveys are returned to the Business as aggregated data, with no reference to individual customers.
Customers who do not want to be contacted for research or surveys should let us know.
4. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
Without your consent or as permitted or required by law, we will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
However, we do use third-party services to complete certain electronic requests, such as reservations, and your personal information may be transmitted to such third parties for such purposes. Unless the law requires longer retention, your personal information is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

However, in some cases, such as when speaking with you over the phone or through another form of communication, we are required to enter such information (provided by you or otherwise).
